How did I become a member of the kothes team?
While looking for a new professional challenge that would allow me to balance work and family, I came across a job advert from kothes.<br/>I didn't know the company before, but the job description appealed to me and kothes' web presence made a positive impression. <br/>Since I'd previously worked in internal sales for over 10 years, I was able to quickly familiarise myself with my new tasks. The Technical Documentation sector, on the other hand, was a big challenge for me. Thanks to an extensive training programme for new employees (as well as patient colleagues who supported me with their knowledge from day one), I've now become quite at home in Technical Documentation. Nevertheless, even now, I'm still quite far from having discovered all the secrets of this industry. But that way it stays exciting, and I know that I can count on my professionally-competent colleagues.
