How did I become a member of the kothes team?

I joined kothes more or less by accident. After spending years travelling around Germany working on IT projects, I was looking for a task that would be interesting, in the Lower Rhine region if possible, and family-friendly. One company (a very small one at the time) drew my attention because of its constant hunt for new employees.

What do I like about my job?

What makes the work here worthwhile: interesting IT topics, working with the latest tools and IT trends, varied work, exciting customer projects, and working in a good team.
