From 10 to 12 November 2026, the tcworld conference will take place in the ICS of Messe Stuttgart. The annual conference is one of the most important industry meetings for technical communication and product information. Among other things, artificial intelligence, information architecture and accessibility are on the agenda.

Lars Kothes, Christopher Rechtien, Christoph Beenen and Olliver Leipnitz are available for discussions and professional exchange. Lars and Christopher contribute to the program as speakers. Lars kothes shows in his lecture how an internal AI chatbot based on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) can support research in large document collections. the focus is on the special requirements of technical communication: Answers must be correct, comprehensible and complete.
