The entire kothes team is very pleased to have received the TOP CONSULTANT 2020 award.
Since 2010, the independent Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB) (Scientific Society for Management and Consulting) of Bonn, Germany has researched all consulting firms participating in the "TOP CONSULTANT" competition, on behalf of compamedia.
The respective reference customers from the participating companies provide feedback, within the framework of a scientifically-based procedure:
How professionally did the consultants perform? How satisfactory was their consulting services? What was the impact of the cooperation? According to the WGMB, the decisive factor for an award is "a customer-oriented, SME-oriented consulting service".
The quality seal was awarded to all participating consulting firms that received a "good" or "very good" overall rating. The field of participants in the competition consists mainly of Management, IT and Personnel consultants. These companies are examined by the scientific management of the competition: Dr. Dietmar Fink, Professor for Management Consulting at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, and Ms. Bianka Knoblach. The Mentor for TOP CONSULTANT is former Federal President, Mr. Christian Wulff.
"In order to receive 'good' and 'very good' marks from numerous medium-sized customers, a consulting company must really understand medium-sized businesses", Dr. Dietmar Fink emphasises the medium-sized competence of the award-winning consulting companies.
"This award underlines the consulting competence of kothes," said Lars Kothes, Managing Director of kothes GmbH. "However, we will not rest on our laurels, and we'll take a close look at the feedback from the individual customer evaluations and continually develop our consulting and associated services.".
