How did I become a member of the kothes team?
While I was studying, I worked for a research institute that specialises in the interaction between humans and machines. That work stirred my interest in the fields of innovation, digitalisation, technology and communication. Offers from the student council developed from earlier practise excursions finally drew my attention to kothes as an employer who combines all these areas.
What do I like about my job?
I was particularly attracted to the wide range of topics and the resulting opportunity to learn new things. Each project brings new challenges that can help you grow. The friendly, open, and above all helpful working atmosphere rounds it all off.
What are my professional goals at kothes?
In future, as digitalisation progresses, I would like to become involved in the fields of smart information, interface design and augmented reality as well, but I would also like to assist in the field of university marketing or similar.
In addition, kothes offers plenty of training opportunities, which means that people can design their own individual career paths – as a seminar lecturer, project manager or consultant, for example. I am excited to discover my path, and I look forward to an exciting and challenging future with kothes.
