How did I become a member of the kothes team?

After working as a Research Assistant and Development Engineer, I initially joined kothes in 2008 as a Technical Editor for operating instructions and risk assessments.

In addition to the exciting and challenging project work for customers across a wide range of industries, I quickly took on the moderation of numerous workshops and training sessions, as well as gradually taking on more and more project and team management tasks.

After several years in consulting projects around user-centred information concepts, I first took over the management of the IT Consulting team and later focused entirely on management-related consulting for the areas of technical editorial tools, process optimisation, and strategy development.

What do I like about my job?

What good is the best information if it doesn't reach the people who need it?

With my experience from many years as a Consultant, Coach, Team Leader, Technical Editor and Risk Assessor, I burn to develop innovative and use-case appropriate tools, solutions, and information concepts together with our customers.

I love discovering new ways and tools in the process, and I'm also passionate about using my experience to sort out complex situations and (further) develop new innovative ideas and visions.

Let's tackle it all together!

What are my professional goals at kothes?

I am looking forward to exciting projects, workshops, and tool introductions in the field of technical documentation/information and to meeting many new people, perspectives and use cases.
