How did I become a member of the kothes team?
I discovered kothes when I was looking for a work environment where I could combine a range of interests. Here, I was able to apply my experience in translation management and my enjoyment of optimising tools and processes. I quickly felt at home in this relaxed and cooperative working atmosphere.
What do I like about my job?
I particularly like how varied our work days are. A typical day will have a little of everything: working with a customer to design a solution for a tricky problem; planning the schedule for a translation project with the translator; and getting involved in an interdepartmental project with a colleague from the editorial office.
Our ideas are welcome at kothes, and I am encouraged to implement them in relevant projects and learn more about specific topics.
