How did I become a member of the kothes team?

I started out as an electrical engineer. Even then I worked in the field of technical sales support. After a detour as a trainer and educator I started working with documentation. I have worked for a wide range of companies in the industry since the late 90s and joined kothes early in 2010. In 2014 I was promoted to head of sales.

What do I like about my job?

I love the healthy tension between “selling” and then fulfilling the promise. I have plenty of room to manoeuvre and am able to drive the rejuvenation and continuous development of our company.

What are my professional goals at kothes?

There is still plenty to do to accompany and actively support our company on its journey from pure documentation service provider to a driver of innovation for “Information 4.0”. Major exciting developments are around the corner, and I want to make a healthy contribution.
