Our HR officer Claudia Drießen accepted the award on behalf of kothes on 22 November 2017 in the Viersen district. The company was named the most family-friendly firm in the category of up to 250 employees. When presenting the award, Dirk Strangfeld, head of the Krefeld job centre, announced: “At kothes, being family-friendly is a matter of course and part of the company’s DNA.”
The rating was based on the following aspects among others: flexible working hours, individual part-time models, home office options, internal promotion prospects, ideas management system for employees, and social commitments outside the company.
We are happy and proud to have won this award. We would like to thank the Viersen district and district administrator Dr Andreas Coenen.
By the way, we are going to invest the prize money in the next generation and buy age-appropriate books for the children of our employees.
